This family recipe is one of my most favorite go-to’s for a quick chocolate nibble. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do. šŖā¤ļø Oh, and there is nothing healthy about these cookies. š
2 cups sugar
3 Tbsp Cocoa powder
1/2 cup milk of choice
1 stick of butter (8oz)
1 tsp vanilla
3 cups oats – we use GF oats
Mix the first 4 ingredients together in a pot. Bring to a boil for 1 minute, you want the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat and add the remaining ingredients. Mix together well.
Using your favorite scooping utensil(s) drop onto a cookie sheet lined with wax paper to set. Place in the fridge for an hour or so to set up.
Store in an air tight container in the fridge.
